Depending on how it’s loaded, this 36-inch-wide by 28.13-inch-deep by 37.25-inch-high unit can hold (276)12-ounce bottles. With its two dividers, bartenders can separate bottles and cans for better organization and serviceability. A 33- to 38-degree-Fahrenheit temperature range keeps drinks cool, and the electronic control system enables users to input a temperature set point and defrost frequency for desired results.

Made of a black vinyl-covered steel, the MoTak MBST-36-X commercial bottle cooler’s exterior doesn’t corrode over time, so it’s safe to use in humid environments. Its top is made of stainless steel that’s durable enough to handle high-volume use. Factory-installed casters at the bottom of the unit increase its mobility, so it can be moved to the kitchen or the bar as needed. For general maintenance, the accessible condenser coil assists in cleaning and service. This unit uses R290 refrigerant, which is environmentally friendly. A removable bottle opener and cap catcher are built onto the unit for versatility.
