The MoTak MCBR48-D-X chef base is 48³/₈ inches wide, 32¹/₈ inches deep, and 25⁷/₈ inches tall. It is made of durable stainless steel designed to resist corrosion damage. Because the unit is designed to be a base for other large equipment, it has a marine edge that provides stability for the object on top. It also features heavy-duty swivel casters that can be used to maneuver the base into a variety of kitchen configurations.
