MoTak MCA-296A 47″ Mobile Ice Cream Freezer w/ 5 Baskets, 115v

The MoTak MCA-296A ice cream freezer has a 7.6-cubic-foot capacity and holds 5 PVC-coated wire baskets designed to contain ice cream products within reach of the customers while also allowing cold air to circulate on all sides of the food. The bottom corners of the inside of the freezer are coved, allowing for hassle-free cleanup. The interior light provides visibility and draws attention to the treats. The full freezer unit is 47²/₅ inches wide, 23⁹/₁₀ inches deep, and 33¹/₁₀ inches tall.

The lock on the MoTak MCA-296A ice cream freezer door secures the unit when it is not in use, and its four swivel casters make it simple to clean under and around the unit. The sliding door on the top of the freezer features a curved and transparent panel that is visually appealing and markets the products to customers; it’s low-e tempered to block out the heat. The freezer features thick foam insulation that keeps cold air in, and this unit uses R290 refrigerant to produce cold air in an eco-friendly way. The dial thermostat gives the operator control of the internal temperature using a range of -15 to 8 degrees Fahrenheit.
