This system style uses fans to blow cold air over the internal components for self-contained operation that doesn?t need a large amount of water or a separate refrigeration system. In 24 hours at optimal air and water conditions, the ice maker can produce 199 pounds of ice. It makes half-cube ice, which is ideal for sodas and blended frozen drinks. The built-in storage bin can hold 75 pounds of ice, while a scoop and scoop holder are included for convenient and sanitary ice retrieval.
