As much as 325 pounds of ice can be produced in a 24-hour period with a 70-degree-Fahrenheit air temperature and 50-degree-Fahrenheit water temperature. Even with less-than-ideal conditions, such as an air temperature of 90 degrees Fahrenheit and water temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit can make 225 pounds of ice in 24 hours. For enhanced circulation, air enters through its back and releases through the top. With a frame measuring 30 inches wide by 24¹/₂ inches deep by 21¹/₂ inches high, the unit fits cohesively on top of the ice bin.
