With its front-breathing refrigeration system, the MoTak PKU0155SA-161 undercounter ice cube machine doesn’t require as much clearance as a side- or back-breathing system, simplifying installation. Its black exterior matches most color schemes and resists unattractive marks and smudges to preserve its clean appearance. To chill beverages effectively and maximize product displacement in beverage containers, this unit produces half-cube ice. Measuring 38¹/₂ inches high, the ice maker doesn’t obstruct employee views when installed as part of a bar or counter setup.

The MoTak PKU0155SA-161 ice cube machine features integrated storage in the form of a bin that can holds 89 pounds of premade ice. By keeping this ice chilled and stored within the machine, melting is reduced and operators can serve drinks quickly without waiting for ice to be made. To simplify cleaning, the unit’s air filter is reusable and can be removed for ease of cleaning. During operation, the ice maker can be set to on, off, or clean using its three-way toggle switch control, and it’s designed with a sliding, hideaway door that enables full access to the bin area.
