MoTak MECO-2-208 Double Full Size Electric Convection Oven – 18 kW, 208v

A full-size, double-deck unit, the MoTak MECO-2-208 convection oven has spacious interior cabinets measuring 28¹/₂ inches wide by 21¹/₂ inches deep by 20 inches high each. With the potential to house five racks in each cabinet, this unit can cook through rotisseries, fried chicken, or sweet selections like pies and crostatas. Simple to remove and adjust, the racks are positionable on 10 guides in 1¹/₂-inch increments. For durability and strength, these racks are chrome plated.

This 63-inch-tall unit’s side-placed control panel has solid-state controls with a timer that can be set as high as 60 minutes for effective timekeeping. The cooking temperature can be manipulated with the control knob, which can be used to establish a temperature between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Once it reaches the set temperature, the unit communicates this with an indicator light. Simple to turn off or on as needed, the control panel also provides a simple-to-reach toggle switch.

For an extended lifespan, the MoTak MECO-2-208 convection oven’s front, sides, and top are constructed of stainless steel. Meanwhile, the interior has a porcelain enamel construction that minimizes the appearance of stains and other exterior damage. To lock in the heat and reduce energy expenditure, each door fitted to this oven’s structure features double-pane thermal glass windows. Once these doors are opened, a built-in switch stops the fans and burners once it’s triggered to increase operator safety.
