MoTak PGSG14 Single Commercial Panini Press w/ Cast Iron Grooved Plates, 120v

The MoTak PGSG14 single commercial panini press features top and bottom cast iron plates with grooved patterning to create attractive grill marks. The thick metal enables even heating controlled by the manual knob from 120 to 570 degrees Fahrenheit. The weight of the plates pushes out any excess oil and grease, which collects in the drip pan below the lower plate. The body of the grill is made of durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the cooking surface measures 13¹/₄ inches wide by 9¹/₄ inches deep.
