The MoTak ECM4350 cheese melter features a metal-sheathed heating element designed to warm already-cooked food or simply melt cheese on top of a dish on the removable food grid. A cool-to-touch handle is fitted on either side for a safe and secure grip, while the simple infinite controls provide precise warming. The 15-minute timer and indicator light helps monitor the food, and this unit is mounted on rubber feet for stability during use.
