For efficient temperature management, the MoTak MSD-4HDR-BAL-X reach-in refrigerator has an electronic control system that simplifies setting temperatures and adjusting defrost frequencies. Its self-contained, bottom-mount refrigeration system produces temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit and uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. To help prevent accidental temperature rises, the unit’s four half doors use a self-closing mechanism, but they can also stay open at 90 degrees when users are loading and unloading product.

This MoTak MSD-4HDR-BAL-X refrigerator features a two-section, reach-in layout with six epoxy-coated shelves that can be raised or lowered to accommodate inventory changes. Their open wire construction helps encourage airflow for even cooling. Inside the cabinet, lighting provides a direct view of products, and the white aluminum interior simplifies cleaning while the stainless steel floor provides strength over a long period of time. The exterior also has a stainless steel construction that defends against corrosion and withstands frequent opening and closing. Furnished with four casters, it can be moved and secured in place with two locking casters.
